          General Requirements and Conditions for Accessing Drawings

1. This document is hereby made a part of the project requirements and contract documents for the referenced project. 2. Project plans may be viewed at All ways Electric office 3. Drawings are not to be scaled for estimating purposes. It is each subcontractor's responsibility to confirm all scaled measurements with dimensions noted on the plans. 4. All subcontractors are required to review all plans and specifications prior to submitting bids to ensure a complete understanding of project scope. 5. All work is to be performed in a professional manner, per industry standards, ASTM standards, manufacturers specifications, and all applicable codes. 6. All subcontractors are responsible for cleaning up at the end of each day. 7. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Federal Occupational Safety and Health. 12. All subcontractor's shall verify that this office has updated work compensation insurance information prior to the 1st invoice being paid. This item is a prerequisite of Subcontractor's first draw or invoice. 13. All bidding subcontractors are required to become familiar with the site conditions, including visiting the site, and including in their bid all costs required to perform their scope of work at the project site.
