Valerie Chamberlain, Owner
As the CFO and Manager at All Ways Electric, Mrs. Chamberlain oversees all accounting, human resources, and licensing operations. Prior to her role at All Ways Electric, she worked as a purchasing agent for a well-known landscaping company. Valerie has also served as a plant broker and landscape coordinator for several prestigious golf courses across Southwest Florida. During the early stages of All Ways Electric, Mrs. Chamberlain dedicated many evenings to working with the FGCU small business assistance program to learn accounting software, and she is now highly skilled in managing construction payables, receivables, and the Florida lien process​.
Duane Chamberlain II, Owner
Mr. Chamberlain has been in the electrical trade since 1984, earning his journeyman electrician status in 1987. While gaining hands-on experience in the field, he attended Valencia Community College, where he earned an AS degree in Computer Science and an AA degree in Programming and Analysis. After Valencia, Mr. Chamberlain shifted his focus to electrical engineering and worked as a project manager for major companies in Texas, Virginia, Maine, Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Southeast, specializing in the construction of hospitals and medical facilities. About eight years ago, he settled in Southwest Florida, where he worked as a project manager for a local electrical contractor before founding his own company. Mr. Chamberlain has built a highly skilled team of project managers, estimators, and tradesmen, helping All Ways Electric become a preferred electrical contractor. The management team brings over 85 years of diverse electrical experience, with expertise in medical facilities, theme parks, high-rise buildings, commercial spaces, retail, restaurants, and more.
